Very.bad service, paid all money but didn’t get certificate I tried to email someone many times regarding my assignment but never get reply They only reply when I cancel direct debit . Don’t enroll I have never had such bad experience with any online course Don’t deserve 1 rating too
The reason im giving one star to this company is becuase I had to stop learning due to ill health, very poor health and suffering beverment and a life time diagnosis for my son. I was so ill it was hard for my to stay ontop of my bills which is obviously going to happen. I know this isnt any fault of ncc nor is this their responsibility however I made contact and so did others on my behalf to sort this out. Absolutely love the course I am doing, set out so strait forward and communication between myself and tutor is reassuring throughout. Already looking into the next course I am going to do. definitely recommend!!
I am currently studying my 4th course with NCC Home Learning. They can offer me paper-based learning resources, which many other training providers do not. I am given months rather than just weeks to do my assignments, which helps reduce my stress and anxiety levels.
