Staff is friendly and helpful but I was told 3-5 day until I get my results. I called after 5 days and they said the labs were backed up and I would get the results now in 5-6 business days.
Nice people working at the place, but the lab results PCR are still missing after 10-12 days off service, worthless, waste of time, they shouldn't get paid
