I didn’t catch the name of the person I just talked too but he wAs VERY rude and hurriedly hung up the phone. I’m trying to fix and issue made by my ex husband and there was NO help from him.
My friend was charged for paint and carpet replacement, and this was placed on their credit report. They paid yesterday via credit card, and the funds have already been withdrawn from their account. Now this alleged "business service" not only refuses to provide a written receipt proving they have paid in full, but hang up whenever they call trying to get assistance.
