Mixed experience here. On the plus side, I arrived early and they allowed me to wait on-site, finishing the load an hour before my appointment. The staff is friendly and efficient. However, 40 minutes into my trip toward Harrisburg, I got a call saying they’d loaded the wrong skid. I had to U-turn and head back, wasting about 2.5 hours total. Note: No restroom available, but there is a beautiful black cat guarding the lot.
