Cannot get through on the phone regarding claims and how to send the information they requested to them. I never want to deal with this company as a provider again! Horrible customer service.
Typical call center I worked on the Providers line which was crazy. The members call was not , management cared nothing about the people. Only cared about the numbers. If you're good at kissing up you'll go far. Which I didn't after 7 years it was time to go. Hated the job, people, management the environment. The parent company didn't care about us.
Never Never Never use any insurance that is run by this insurance management company. ATTENTION INSURANCE PROVIDERS (BCBS): If you use this company to represent you in anyway then please DO NOT do that, they will do an extremely poor job at representing you, give you a very bad name, and will make you lose your clients.
