Was concerned we had mold in a room we've previously had issues with, so we called in NC Water and Mold. Zachary showed up quick and on time, assessed the issue, confirmed with a moisture meter that the room was dry, ultimately determining it was just paint. While our issue ended up being a non-issue, Zach was super professional and very informative on how the mold removal process went, etc. He also advised us on a separate water related issue. 10/10 will keep his card on file for any future needs!

Zach came in the middle of the night while Tropical Storm Chantal was still raging to help with my flooded cellar. Both him and Taylor were very kind and responsive to questions. Thank you!
I highly recommend Zach and NC Water and Mold. We flooded in Chapel Hill during Chantal and Zach showed up when it was still storming to start helping us. He also helped us after Hurricane Helene. Very knowledgeable, kind and super reliable.
