They can’t figure out the problem that I’m experiencing, which seems to be a common problem, which makes me doubt he expertise level of those working here. Two surgeries and I’ve ended up with the same result, if not worse.

Dr BAKER did my prostate surgery about a year ago, well it didn't work out . Am still at getting up 6 -8 times a night . I asked for PSA test because my brother was just diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer I think he did lasor surgery which d8dnt work out , maybe I was his first to practice on. It was weird he asked me with one I wanted . He'll I don't know, heck you are the doctor. Thenurses here are super nice.

This review only applies to this one occasion I am about to describe. All the other interactions I have had with AUNC have been very good to excellent. The care and professionalism I normally receive is exemplary. Dr. Kaspar performed surgery on my bladder and I was sent home with a catheter. Two days after the operation I started passing blood out of my meatus bypassing the catheter and, of course, I became very concerned. Receptionist could be more professional when answering calls, assisting with scheduling and rescheduling appointments. When answering the phone with a dismissive attitude and being condescending it makes not only the receptionist look bad it also makes the company as a whole look bad. A warm friendly, cheerful, helpful voice would make patients and potential patients feel much better when calling.
