Absolutely worst staff I’ve ever encountered at a doctors office. They’re rude and lack compassion for their patients. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

His bedside manner is exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and professional. I saw the doctor in December. He recommended several invasive tests that I declined. I was billed for the tests, and multiple calls to their billing department have not fixed the issue. Based on other reviews, this seems common at this office.
Very hard to get a script called back to the Dr here. No one answers voice mail or pharmacy faxes. I have called left several messages and pharmacy has faxed several times no answer back. Just call to speak to the office manager. I got transferred to a voicemail. There's no live person in this building. I don't think people work here. I will be turning my information over to the channel general's office and let them deal with it. A prescription was set incorrectly was not 90 days.
