Just awful. Everyone in the building including Anna was extremely rude. Catlyne was a nightmare of a therapist. She spoke more than she listened, cut me off multiple times, and acted very unprofessional. I thought she might be drunk.
Waste of time. And waste of money. kate ( or katline) was very unprofessional. She would ask questions then interrupt us while we speak. She talked way too much and all her sentences ended with "does that make sense to you?". She had a blaming attacking tone of voice. She would laugh at inappropriate situation.The lady who got the door for us, Anna, was very rude as well. I would not recommend this place to you, unless you want to waste your time and feel disrespected.
So glad there is a place like this in Fayetteville. Wonderful experience always.
Anna has been such a blessing to our family. She is smart, patient, kind, informative, and thoughtful; everything you need in a therapist. I highly recommend her.
