Salsa at the equipment checkout is amazing at her job. Very friendly and gets out the equipment for my classes before I even get there. 10/10 experience

First off I love rock climbing. However, the uhhh v2s and v3s genuinely pmo because I’m not good at rock climbing and my knees keep cracking ouchie wawa! My climbing shoes are positively lowkey broken in now so that’s cool but I’m still terrible at rock climbing. I think I’ll just eat a bunch of protein and lowkey campus a ton of climbs to gain muscle and because I need to gain weight anyways fr (shoutout fountain fr). Hopefully that works out! And hopefully I can get around to getting some v4s+ in the next year or so! Yeah ... read more

Lần đầu ghé Wellness and Recreation Center and Carmichael Gym, mình khá ấn tượng với sự rộng rãi và đầy đủ các trang thiết bị tập luyện. Các khu vực luyện tập được phân chia hợp lý, giúp mình dễ dàng tìm thấy máy móc phù hợp. Nhân viên ở đây thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Tuy nhiên, vào giờ cao điểm, số lượng người tập khá đông nên đôi khi phải chờ đến lượt. Khu vực phòng tắm hơi nhỏ, có thể cần cải thiện một chút. Nhìn chung, trải nghiệm tại đây khá ổn và đáng giá 4 sao.
