I made my reservations online. I reserved a 10X20 unit. After checking out the unit that was located at the back of the facility, I wasn't pleased to find a critter inside. I returned to the front office and Montana was so helpful and accommodating. She offered me another unit. She walked me to the new unit and also adjusted the price to the online price. She is professional and I immediately took a liking to her! I give her 10.
Montana was awesome, super helpful and was quick to answer my question and get me in a unit. Property was clean and user friendly. Definitely recommend!
