The team at NC Rebuild was wonderful! ***** came by to give us a free estimate on our roof which needed replacing. He noticed wind/ hail damage. He and his team fought tirelessly for months with our insurance company to finally get the entire roof replaced and fully covered by insurance. His team replaced our roof (including the wood under the shingles), replaced all the gutters, did some repairs around the house, replaced some siding, and painted. He was very professional. I highly recommend NC Rebuild, Inc., the company which did a wonderful job on a very needed new roof post-storm situation in which we were. Professional, competent, and courteous are the words I would use to describe the complete process of a newly finished roof, gutters and an add-on job of gutter protectors. NC Rebuild did a great job putting a new roof and gutter guards on my home. The work was done almost two years ago and I have had no problems with either. Even better, ***** was able to get my insurance company to pay for most of the roof work. He identified hail damage and I remembered that we had a hail storm six months earlier. I would use them again without a doubt and have no hesitation recommending them.

***** ****** and his crew arrived on time on the scheduled day and finished when promised. We had our roof replaced (hail damage.....***** made sure he was here when our ins adjuster arrived) and replaced our gutters with seamless ones. The crew was courteous. When they left, the plants/vegetation looked just like it did before they arrived and they cleaned everything up so you couldn't tell anyone had been there.....other than our great new roof and gutters. ***** returned 2 months afterwards to make sure we were satisfied.... read more

Not your typical contractor prompt and reasonably priced – I was very pleased with my new roof. The owner - was very professional and showed up on time and courteous. In fact, when the roof was done,we decided to go with them for siding repair and painting too. I asked for references ahead of time and his clients gave good reviews. The crews cleaned up after themselves and the estimates/cost were reasonable compared to other estimates. I'd highly recommend NC Rebuild.

You decide. – He presented me with a bill 20 percent higher than we contracted for, then refused to honor the warranty because I would not pay the overage. Since the argument began before the work was through, I withheld the payment until the next rain, to make sure the roof would not leak. Though I paid within two weeks of the work being done, he sent angry Email and text messages demanding payment. The roof leaked six months later.
