After several phone calls and several ignored texts and a week of time I finally got a meeting scheduled to discuss several specific questions we had regarding probate. We signed the service contract and had arranged for payment. 30 minutes after scheduling the meeting another staff person called and nicely apologized but explained they could not speak to us because of ‘a conflict’. No other information was given. Seems like they were just a waste of time for us.
