Timely, professional, and friendly
I had two leaks next to each other so the plumbers came twice. $900 seems steep to still have a dry wall hole and have had just two quick repairs. I think I did not need the $240 apprentice charge as I believe both of these were a one plumber job. Seems like if someone is training but not completing the work I should not be required to pay them.
Plumbing issue problem solved every time. Reliable company. Using Jefferson's plumbing / heating for years, Highly recommended!
Very efficient, friendly service. Office staff (Jill) was essential in helping me choose a new faucet for a tricky space. Have struggled with plumbers in our old house, trying out several. I liked Jefferson and will definitely use them again.
