I brought my bad condenser fan in to NC HVAC supply to be matched up. It was an 1100 rpm fan motor they sold me an 800 rpm fan motor and told me it would work. I paid $324 for the new motor. It worked until the heat index got over 100 F. I called Newton and Sons who told me the fan motor would not do the job. I called NC HVAC supply and they told me that would not exchange it for the correct fan because I am not licensed. We just moved in, and shortly after my HVAC started having issues. Before paying for an expensive HVAC tech I did some of my own research. Coming to NC HVAC Larry was able to give great advice and fill the gaps in my knowledge. The HVAC is now blowing cool air and saved us literally hundreds! It’s the first place I’ll go to when I have issues in the future and will send whoever else has problems directly to Larry.
