Customer service is the best at this office. The agents all work with you.
Extremely disappointed in Farm Bureau. It’s frustrating that I can qualify for a home or car loan with no issue, yet I’m denied insurance based solely on credit. As a lifelong banker, this credit-only approach is concerning. My spouse and both parents are insured with Farm Bureau — but not for long. We’ll be moving to a provider that looks at the full picture, not just a number. Do better. Oh, and by the way, the credit issue was 5+ years ago due to health reasons. You people are a joke.
I have had a great experience working with Charles Adkins and Calleigh Mayes. They have been extremely helpful to me as a first time home buyer. A big plus too, it’s always them that I speak to when I call.
Lindsay Adcox is such a kind and knowledgeable agent. She will take her time to help you understand and find exactly what you need, for any situation.
Buyer beware. No one would return calls or emails for weeks. Then they cancelled my insurance claiming my business is not eligible within their underwriting rules after I filed a complaint with the NC Insurance Commission. Bad Bad customer service, non responsive and I will never use them again Update: the Pender Office is much better
