Said I owed 250 last week for the month gap, then yesterday I just got a 383 plus 11 dollar credit card processing fee… so like a 400 dollar bill! they couldn’t tell me what my payments were going to be a month after I paid them all that money.. Katie told me it would be an 11 dollar fee with a card I told her hold up I’ll just get cash then she said I already charged it. Highly recommend this company. The customer service is excellent. They truly care about their clients and well being. Love the face to face interaction you get. Couldn’t ask for better.

I don't know how this office is still open, it's the absolute worst customer service in Cherokee county, Anthony, Zack, all of them absolute crooks, it took 3 months to cancel my policy after a 200 percent mark up on a policy that has a flawless record, and still shorted my on my refund!!!!! Don't say you wasn't warned!!!! Go anywhere but farm bureau of murphy, he is not for you!!!!!

Kaitlin was super helpful assisting me with a claim. She made the process very easy and she answered all my questions. Claim was done and payment issued with in two days.
