Highly recommend this company. The customer service is excellent. They truly care about their clients and well being. Love the face to face interaction you get. Couldn’t ask for better.
I don't know how this office is still open, it's the absolute worst customer service in Cherokee county, Anthony, Zack, all of them absolute crooks, it took 3 months to cancel my policy after a 200 percent mark up on a policy that has a flawless record, and still shorted my on my refund!!!!! Don't say you wasn't warned!!!! Go anywhere but farm bureau of murphy, he is not for you!!!!!
Kaitlin was super helpful assisting me with a claim. She made the process very easy and she answered all my questions. Claim was done and payment issued with in two days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I visited this ⁹ company to get a quote on auto ins. I have gad Fsrm Bureau in other states but was told each are independent Jake was my agent. He seemed. Ice but was a little vague on details. I was there over a hour. I had all correct info. He spoke to another worker to verify. Then he gave me a quote.
