Customer service has been terrible and I do not at all feel valued as a customer. I like to be notified if my rate is changing. Upon me asking if Farm Bureau notified customers for rate changes (after my rates were hiked with no explanation), I was told no and that I could look around for another insurance company. This is also after my agent advised me to switch over a vehicle to their auto insurance so I'd save money on the homeowners. Ended up paying a 700% increase in auto insurance for a 20 year old vehicle just to save... read more
