I would recommend Farm Bureau Insurance to anyone looking. I have been with them for over 20 years and my father has used them for almost his whole life.
I am really hating Farm Bureau right now. They admitted they applied my auto payment to my homeowners incorrectly, then left us hanging - they said they'd fix it by sending it a letter to 'home office'. I thought it was fixed and was thankful. Then I find out by calling back to check on things that home office denied the request. Okay, thanks Spindale branch for letting me know. they say they will try to fix - never call me back. Now i get a letter from DMV saying I cant drive for 30 days, i owe $50 and i owe my lender $450 ... read more
From the moment I walked in the door it was a experience. I was greeted when I walked in the door by the girls up front with a smile. When I asked to get a car and home quote I didn't have to wait to yalk to an agent, there was in the office ready to talk to me. I walked out of Farm Bureau with car and home insurance and was very happy with the service I received from everyone in the office!
