I have been hit twice by policy holders of Farm Bureau and each time has been a bad experience. Currently trying to get my brand new 25 Honda repaired and they told the collision shop to put an aftermarket headlight instead of OEM. Just to save a few hundred dollars? Your going to put a cheap headlight on a new car? That is not acceptable and its wrong since your policy holder damaged it. It should be replaced. Many years ago my Genesis was hit. One of the worst insurance ever! I thought that by all these good reviews they have online that they would be by far the best…unfortunately they aren’t! When you call for help with your policy, they say you have to co tact the agent, when you contact your agent, your agent says you have to write email them your questions to see how they can answer them then they call you with answers…like why do I have to do all that when they should be able to be prepared or have the policy upfront?! 🤦🏽♀️ they are also rude and unprofess... read more
Adam Case and his team at Farm Bureau are incredible to work with. They were able to improve our coverage for both home and auto, and we were able to save money at the same time. Jessica Gonzalez also was great with answering questions, and helping with the transition from another insurer. Great customer service!!!!!
I have been working with Adam Case at the Clayton, NC office. He has been extremely helpful and very professional in helping me shop out and ultimately change our coverage to FB! I look forward to the next 6 months and if all goes well we will happily renew with Adam again!
