Quick and knowledgeable support
My daughter had an accident. The gentleman at fault that hit her had Farm Bureau insurance. She was in accident on a Friday, 3 weeks ago. I do want to say local office was very helpful on phone. Our issue is with adjuster. She called accident in on Friday, was given claim number and told adjuster would reach out regarding rental and what steps to take. By Monday at lunch time we had still heard nothing. 2 messages left and had to finally call supervisor. It has been 3 weeks today. She turned rental in yesterday as 2nd adjust... read more
Lovely staff, great service
Unresponsive . Spoke multiple times and the Company said they would go inspect the home and let me know but never called back. I followed up and they said oh sorry we can’t help you, based on age of home and being a vacation home and living out of state. All information I either shared with them or was available online. Instead I wasted weeks waiting for a call back they couldn’t be bothered to make.
