After over a decade with NC Farm Bureau, they dropped us after completing 2 claims for tree damage to our home and cars over the past few years. They did not give any rational explanation for dropping our policy, which leaves only the obvious answer: Heaven forbid an insurance company have to uphold its side of their agreement and pay out on legitimate claims. Look elsewhere for home and auto, this company is clearly getting desperate and taking it out on their long-standing customers. The agent even said he was "blindsided"... read more
