Nathan and June were incredibly responsive in helping me with two urgent matters, one a bit of a crisis and the other just unexpected but still time-sensitive. They contacted me before/after hours, which I certainly do not expect of anyone outside of an ambulance or police setting, and sprang into action to take care of my issues. I have only been their client for a very short time, and this level of service was unexpected and quite welcome given everything else going on.
Someone drove into us and totalled our car. Farm Bureau were tremendous throughout

I initially called the wrong office, but was directed to the correct office with a correct phone number, etc. I spoke with Stephanie in Chad Kufin's office, and she was so, so helpful. I was actually calling to assist my 91 year old dad with an issue, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I dealt with two offices of Farm Bureau today, and both were extremely helpful. They've been around forever for a reason. Thank you Stephanie (and Rose at the first office).
