Dennis Rogers went over my present insurance and explained how Farm Bureau could improve what I have. He also pointed out some mistakes that were made regarding the square footage in my home that is incorrect and how I am taxed for more than I should be. My auto insurance was also covered and he showed me what needed to be changed and would help me financially. He is thorough and and an excellent representative for the company! We haven’t finalized the services at this time but will shortly!
There really needs to be a better way to reach the agents directly without having to go through the office. The receptionists here aren’t helpful at all. They rush to end the call and don’t provide any clear guidance, timeframes, or instructions for follow-up. I have no problem working with my agent, she is great but the experiences I had with the receptionist were not enjoyable.
