They came to assess the roofing damage due to wind taking the shingles off. Since the shingles were mostly missing from one side of the house, they said they will replace only half the roof. Replacing half the shingles is stupid because it will be a total mismatch in color and style. Especially since the shingles on our house are from a modular home company and are no longer available for sale. So now I'm stuck. Very professional and knowledgeable. Robert Is the best insurance agent you could ever ask for. Any issue he is always right on top of and takes care of the issue. He has all of me personal and business accounts and I recommend him as your agent.
Do not trust these people. I had a decent home insurance policy, basically one I could afford. Once I switched to dealing with this office they asked to come and take pictures of my house. There is nothing wrong with my house. Next thing I know they are cancelling my policy. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars. Beware.
I recently had a negative experience with an adjuster named Robert. I contacted the company to make changes to my insurance policy, including adding coverage for a box van, increasing coverage on my truck, and removing coverage for my motorcycle. The representative I spoke with was helpful and assured me that my bill would not change significantly.
