I have been their customers for many years and I'm very satisfied with their service.
I had home owners insurance for 4 years and every year the cost increased. Finally I made the effort to shop around and found that I was over paying by about $200 a month. Also the communication with the agent has been practically non-existent . When I cancelled my policy they received a payment from my escrow account and 30 days later I am still waiting for the refund to be received.
