I haven't used this company as a whole, but spoke to agent Mark Rains who helped me understand some insurance issues. He was extremely kind and helpful, and I appreciate his time and expertise, and willingness to answer my questions
My husband and I have been a customer for over 20 yrs. We have our home and car insurance with them, and they have been there for us when we needed them for our home. But when it come to a situation where someone committed suicide and jumped from a bridge over the highway/interstate, I couldn't do anything but run over him. Was charged for something I asked specifically not to be charged for and was told that due to "backups with corporate" that I had to be charged against what I had asked. After getting it cleared up after several months of waiting I was finally able to escape find a more reliable company.
Although I did not purchase a policy I can't say enough about Phil and Robin. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in their craft. Thank you for your efforts in quoting our needs and I will look forward to Future opportunities with your agency.
