I worked with Davis Simpson for home, auto and umbrella. It took nearly the entire business day to finalize everything, yet Mr. Simpson was very professional, courteous and patient while answering all my questions. Insurance is for peace of mind, which is something that money can't always buy. Thank you for all that you guys have done for my insurance needs.
I haven't used this company as a whole, but spoke to agent Mark Rains who helped me understand some insurance issues. He was extremely kind and helpful, and I appreciate his time and expertise, and willingness to answer my questions
