Highly recommend Ted Haigler for your NC insurance needs!
This office failed in many ways. They don't communicate with their client or each other. House was sold and they were supposed to cancel 3 of 4 policies. Two weeks later received an additional Docusign cancelling the one that was supposed to remain and one that was supposed to be cancelled already. Called to find out why and requested a callback after she talked to Ted and let us know what the heck was going on. I had to call back a week later because they NEVER called back!! Ted went above and beyond walking us through the insurance process, coverage specifics, options, etc. Was very nice as a first time home insurance purchaser. He also spent time just getting to know us beyond the standard small talk! If I could ever afford a second home, I'd go back!
