Not kept up to date on insurance changes, especially flood insurance! Told me flood zones property on the ground cannot be insured, found out differently from another agency. Lost my golf cart due to flooding, yet insurance is a available for such situations. Agent and adjuster stood in front of golf cart and made no mention of it!
