PLEASE READ I physically went to the office in Burnsville NC, 11 days after Hurricane Helene. My home suffered significant storm damage I stated I was there to initiate a claim. After a audible sigh and an eye-roll, the person behind the counter handed me a pre-printed form listing everything they would not cover, essentially everything that was wrong with our home, then continued her obviously personal phone call without another word.
