I had the pleasure of working with Joyce Matthews on getting homeowners and wind and hail insurance. She was very friendly, professional and more than helpful. We assumed homeowners insurance was paid at closing as it was included in the closing figures. Joyce went above and beyond, called our bank (Not her job by any means) to find out where the money was disbursed.
