I’ve had insurance through this company for a lil over a year and never really had issues . April 17th I added a new 2025 vehicle to my coverage and paid my coverage by 4/28 the following month Lindsay told me that if I were to come in person and give proof that my old car tag was turned in and made my monthly payment that that was all that was needed to pay. I guess I'm the lone wolf here this is where the respect went out the door. We had our multi policy with Keith James. Until I I had a little bad luck. In 2023 we had a hail storm come through and it totaled my roof.Farm Bureau paid to replace the shingles, along with about 17 others in our subdivision. In 2022 I hydroplaned and it totaled my suburban it definitely wasn't new it was a 2010 with 179000 miles on it, so it take much to total it.
