We switched from the Mebane branch to Hillsborough after I was told they sell the policy not help service it after a company truck hit me. We had been there for years with car, home, and life insurance. After switching to Hillsborough we have been working with Bonnie. She is always there if we have an issue and goes above and beyond. After trying just about everyone under the sun, I can say without a doubt that Farm Bureau doesn’t just sit at the top—they built the whole rooftop lounge up there. This team isn’t just good at what they do, they genuinely care about people, families, and those things you’d guard with your life (or at least with good insurance). They make the serious stuff feel simple, and somehow even fun. Miss you guys and sending lots of love!
