Ryan McCracken at Farm Bureau in Swansboro NC has been amazing. Our property was hit by a terrible hail storm and we had unbelievable damage. All the metal roofs on 4 structures were damaged and have to be replaced along with many windows and personal property. I have been with Farm Bureau for a very long time. I feel as thought the quality of service is unmatched. Always super friendly and professional. All of the staff have been extremely accommodating. Mr Rayn McKracken always goes above and beyond. Extremely professional and proficient. He is as much of a family friend as he is our agent.
Matt Carter went went above and beyond for my house when the bank tried to make me buy flood insurance. The staff has always been very responsive as well. Kudos to these guys. Its nice to have an advocate for an agent.
