Dealing with Farm Bureau has been a total nightmare. It has been 11 days since my car was slammed in to. I cannot get an appraiser to even look at my vehicle. The local office just reports they will notify the adjuster. The adjuster has not updated me in 6 days as to what I should do with the vehicle. I have never had auto insurance that was this incompetent. I’m not sure if this is just office based or if this company as a whole is a failure. I will update my post once I hear from an appraiser.
We have had the company for years. But, we are ready to look elsewhere even if we have to pay more. They have the most incompetent people working there now. Both sons have their own policies there as well. One of our sons had an accident. Well, they got confused and kept calling the other one to the point of harassment, trying to blame him and charge his policy.
