This place doesn’t care about you!! Find some one cheaper and who will VALUE you and your business. Was with this company for TEN YEARS and when I found someone cheaper since FB wanted to continue to go up every policy period with no reason, we switched and were hit with a fee because we cancelled our policy. This came WITHOUT WARNING and we were NOT NOTIFIED that this would be occurring when we called to cancel. Sketchy, Shady, and NOT who you want taking care of you.
Went in the other day with a few questions, I was met with very friendly staff. I was helped by Jillian who was able to help me with all my questions. 10/10 customer service.
Raleigh district have rude people with garbage service.
Terrible service, they do not pick up, put on hold for too long.
The person that was supposed to help me! Was a person I didn’t know but in laws knew(good friends). My first claim ever to file was all done on same day. The farm bureau representative told me SHE had to make the claim separate?? So in the long run farm bureau ended up getting 2 co payments for a claim decided to be two claims. My husband died and while I was in the emergency room hoping for a miracle my home was robbed! Claims were sent in.
