Our car was totaled by one of NC farm Bureau’s insured. They quickly took full liability and handled our claim efficiently and fairly. I may be looking into switching coverage in the future.

Cannot say enough good things about having Andy Worthington as our insurance agent. We switched over a few years ago after our previous agent struggled to speak kindly or explain policies to us. Andy has been great working with us through our home, auto, and small business insurance needs. He even took my side when I bought a car without consulting my wife. Truly an outstanding agent with his knowledge and people skills.
We just went here to get a tag renewal and there was a blonde headed lady who was very rude and accusatory for no reason. She kept saying the insurance was lapsing even though we told her we never got an email or that it wasn’t even time to pay it. She also told us that we had several cars with penalties that are not even under our names. After we told her this she was very rude and snippy with us and basically kept telling us we need to pay penalties for something that’s not even on our insurance. I was in an accident with one of their clients who pulled out in front of me. Noone will answer their phones or give me a call back. 5 days later and still nothing. Every time I call, they tell me the claim has been switched to a different adjustor, and here's their number, but when I call it's the same thing. Goes to a voicemail but never get a call back. Even gave me a manager name and number, and guess what.... It was the same result. First was a Tiffany Paet, then a Holly, and now it's a Jay Minchew. I would suggest anyo... read more
