Had a wonderful experience getting auto insurance with this branch of NC Farm Bureau. Spoke over the phone with Rob S. who was very kind and professional, but most importantly he treated me like a person and not just another number. He did a wonderful job explaining what coverages were included, and answered all of my questions without using complicated jargon. I was with Nationwide for 30 years and they kept increasing my rates by absolutely ridiculous amounts every year (no points, no accidents, no tickets.) I switched homeowners and auto over to this Farm Bureau agency (Cody Jones) and my premiums dropped almost in half! I am happy with the agent, the agency, and their customer service folks and am glad I made the switch.
Great price and wonderful service
Nobody at this location and corporate can seem to tell me, truthfully as to why I'm insuring a car I no longer own that I took off my policy WAY before my policy renewed. The time line goes as follows: On June 5th I signed my car over to Farm Bureau for them to purchase the '21 Subaru Crosstrek from the bank and I due to hail damage causing a total loss.
