I don't like that only one person can make changes to or answer questions about my policy. Why does anyone else in that office answer the phone if they are not trained to help? The one person who can help is either never in the office or busy on another line. This is bad for business. On top of that, they have a $25 yearly membership fee, which is a rip off and makes no sense. Car insurance is high enough. I will definitely NOT be renewing my policy.
