I highly recommend NC Farm Bureau especially this office in Connelly Springs. I was shopping around for insurances for our new house and our cars. And when I spoke with Mr. Brian Stamey he was very nice and polite on the phone and he answer all of my questions and got me the quote right away. And the ladies in the front desk are super sweet specially Dee Norman I always ask to speak with her. She is very patient with me and answer ALL of my questions. She is very helpful.
Anytime I call Farm Bureau Insurance at Rutherford College in Connelly Springs, NC and when I speak to Dee Dee Norman, she always satisfies my needs by answering my questions with the correct information. I have given to some of my friends and family members Farm Bureau recommendations. There is professionalism, courtesy and very people friendliness. I have never had any Insurance company to help me as much as these people do. I became a widow and was just terribly lost with everything that needed to be done. These people stepped up to the plate and helped me every inch of the way. I send many Thanks to them as an Insurance company but special Thanks to Dee, she is a winner. I would encourage anyone shopping for Insurance to go to Farm Bureau first stop, cause when they say "We Are Here To Help You", they actually mean it. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
Worst experience with an insurance company in my life. They told me I had a grace period. They lied to me and said I didn't need to do anything when I changed my insurance company from them, then they canceled my policy immediately which I was told by the DMV. There is a grace period and they should not have done that. So I would think twice before I use farm bureau insurance,also worst phone customer service I have ever been on so even though I have insurance I still had to pay a civil fee because farm bureau would not send... read more
