I use Dustin Pitts for my homeowners and car insurance. He is always responsive. I have a roofing business and when working with his customers claims, it has been a simple and easy experience for everyone. I would highly recommend Dustin.
Switched over to NC Farm Bureau after a terrible experience with State Farm. I worked with Bradley Killian and what an awesome experience, from day one Bradley was extremely nice and very quick to respond. He was able to provide a quote for two auto policies and homeowners insurance that came in cheaper than two other companies that I received quotes from. Horrible insurance company. We thought we saved money but they up charge you for everything. Don’t use Dillion, he messed up our policy so bad, we had to resign everything again after 3 months. Not even sure we were insured. Finally cancelled our horrible insurance and they still billed us. They said they are 3 months behind. At this point I would pay more not to use them.
This company isn’t helping the flood victims denying claims!!!
We just switched to Farm Bureau in Conover and we have loved all the help we have been getting! We have had the pleasure of being assisted by Bradley Killian. He has been patient, responding quickly, and answering any questions we may have - not making us feel lost! We appreciate all they have done for us and can't wait to continue working with them in the future.
