They are very slow about updating their records and it cost the family. Even after turning in the death certificate they still debited his account. It took me two attempts to get their records updated and the staff member was so Cold and rude. I hope I will never have to deal with this office again

Everyone knows insurance is something that you hope you never have to use. It also seems like a mystery what all it covers and you always wonder if you have enough. A couple years ago, Greenville experienced a hurricane and a tropical storm. Unfortunately my roof was damaged each time. I filed a claim each time with my insurance provider, State Farm. Each time they undervalued the amount of damage that was done and wanted to issue me a check for repairs that was lower than my deductible!
