I started business many years ago with J.B. Countless screw ups and the terrible rates, I’ve cancelled my policy and taking my business elsewhere.
They are very slow about updating their records and it cost the family. Even after turning in the death certificate they still debited his account. It took me two attempts to get their records updated and the staff member was so Cold and rude. I hope I will never have to deal with this office again
