They are getting where they do not want to insure single wide or double wide mobile homes, especially those over 20 years old. Those manufactured homes are actually built better than some of those built by contractors like D R Horton. They are cancelling these home policies, with the clause "Condition and Upkeep of Dwelling and or Premises". So if you have a Mobile Home policy with NC Farm Bureau, be prepared to move your insurance. They need to change their TV ad, it's false advertisement.
Farm Bureau has some of the best people working for it.
The staff is incredible and the rates are great. I have never had any issues whatsoever with the NC Farm Bureau Office of Nashville NC.
Joey page is a wonderful agent. We use nc farm bureau for all our insurance needs. Even my dog 🐕 likes them.
