Great staff. They are friendly & helpfull. They handle claims fast & complete. I have all of my insurance there. They have office's in Rocky Mount, Nashville & Bailey. My agent was on vacation & still answered my text. He called in & had someone call me. Great service. I went in to pay my auto insurance. Love that you can go to a physical place to pay & can talk to an agent. I do make an appointment for that.

They are getting where they do not want to insure single wide or double wide mobile homes, especially those over 20 years old. Those manufactured homes are actually built better than some of those built by contractors like D R Horton. They are cancelling these home policies, with the clause "Condition and Upkeep of Dwelling and or Premises". So if you have a Mobile Home policy with NC Farm Bureau, be prepared to move your insurance. They need to change their TV ad, it's false advertisement.
