Staff are not helpful and can be rude if you have to file a claim with them. If someone insured by them hits you be expecting a supper long wait until they do anything.
I came to the office asking for a flood insurance quote, after a long wait in the lobby the agent (i thin Ron is his name) came down just to suggest to seek for a quote with the insurance company I have my home insurance with, then he said he would call me later if I leave my contact information, which i did, but he never called.
