Parents have had this insurance for over 40 years. This office in Mebane made a transposition error of a VIN and then charged my learning disabled senior parent for their error. After emailing and forwarding the docs originally sent with the correct VIN that they didn’t correctly copy and paste to the insurance policy, I requested they reverse the fees farm bureau charged to our policy for changing the VIN to the correct number. Horrible service. Was hit in mid Oct and the rep took over a month to return my phones call. Even that was only after reaching out to our agent and asking for her boss. Cannot recommend Farm Bureau.

Farm Bureau Mebane location has the worst Customer Service. Jenna Lang was the representative and the tone that she thought was ok to use with a customer was not acceptable. Of course asking to speak with someone in management, only to be advised that management was not available. This branch does NOT value their members. We will be taking our business to an insurance company that provides great customer service and value their customers. Shame on you Farm Bureau.
