Hello, I wanted to share our family's experience with the Farm Bureau since early 2022 specifically Vanessa Williams and Lillian Ash. When I first signed up for insurance with Farm Bureau I had a perfectly clean driving record for years. At that point, Vanessa was very pleasant and responsive. I have been working with Dallas Dutcher since I moved here from L.A. in 2018. It has been an amazing experience. Always willing to answer any questions that I might have and takes the extra step to help out. He even recommended a great contractor when we needed a new roof due to a storm.
Been working with Dallas Dutcher for a while now. The man is a powerhouse of knowledge and always makes you a priority. He took the time to explain life insurance clearly and at my pace while not feeling rushed. His associate Sarah was also very helpful with great communication.
