My experience with Farm Bureau Hope Mills Agency has been excellent. My Agent Greg Jorgensen has exceeded my expectations. He has been helpful, honest and readily available for any questions that I had throughout the process.

I recently read a comment stating that the agent Alexis was rude, and I have to agree. My experience was very unprofessional. The only representative who demonstrated strong customer service skills was Danielle. Additionally, the wrong vehicle was canceled on my policy, and I had to contact corporate because they were able to explain the situation much more clearly than she did. Due to this experience, I will be switching insurance providers.
