Good rates, but they lack in customer service. For instance, there’s a yearly membership fee which is small and in my case, is overlooked sometimes. So instead of giving the customer a courtesy CALL warning that their policy is in jeopardy, they cancel your policy for not paying this small fee …which is a HUGE inconvenience.
