I had the unfortunate experience of getting hit by a driver that had Farm Bureau. My case manager was Kayla Hunt. This worker failed to meet needs for repair and rental assistance. Upon calling and asking for a supervisor she refused to give me the supervisors name or contact information. She also told me her supervisor had no voicemail and that she would be the only one that could take a report on my complaint and she would handle it. She spoke over me and would not let me talk. NC Farm Bureau is the worst it’s been a month and I got nothing but the run around claims associate said the check was in the mail and still nothing let alone doesn’t answer the phone or email back! Even though their customer was at fault!
I was sideswiped by a customer of NC Farm Bureau in Sep 2022 and my case is still open. The agent came to my home took pictures I received estimate but now I waiting for the Agent to receive a response from the client. I have pic of accident and client contact info, plus driver license and insurance information and yet they are trying to drag or deny my claim.
