Great service from the young man who came out to our house Thursday! Fast and efficient and explained what he was up to and got the job done. Totally recommend NC Electrical. Lovely office ladies too! Amazing work team!
Jake was very polite. I was contacted by NEC that Jake would arrive earlier than the agreed appointment time which showed good customer service
My appointment wasn’t until the afternoon, however I received a call to ask if I would like to have my issues fixed early as the technician was in the area. Absolutely. Jake arrived within 5 minutes . He was very polite, knew exactly what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. Was very happy with his service. Jake has a bright future and is an asset to your company. You should be very proud of him.
