Although this wasn’t the first time someone had been out for the same issue, this time everything got fixed, finally. Jake was great, lovely and professional and made sure he could get it all done even with one job that wasn’t that easy. He was easy to deal with and got through it all efficiently. Jake is definitely worth the 5 stars, because the previous technician really let the business down.
