Guys did a great job. 5 Downspouts and driveway drain that now all funnel back into the woods so no more soggy yard. Also 4 or 5 foundation drains are all in pop-ups so no more pipe sticking out of the middle of the yard to get cut by the mower. Filled in the trenches, sprinkled the dirt with grass seed and then straw. No complaints.
Excellent service! We had busted underground draining pipes and they dug them all out and replaced with rigid pipes. Unlike other companies, they are reasonable in that they connected them to the existed working system. Others wanted to dig them all out and redo, which is crazy unreasonable expense and unnecessary yard mess. We asked extras from them like not to break sidewalk concrete and try to dig under it which was more work but they did it. Update, summer 2025: after about a year and a half, the system stopped working with the large rains of Fall 2024, and then continued to not work during spring 2025. The company came and checked and said there was nothing wrong with the system itself. If that's the case, then it was simply unable to handle the problem. I can't say whether the work could/should have been done differently, but it is too bad it didn't work. Old review: I had water getting into my basement during heavy rains. Highly recommend NC Drainage. They did a fantastic job on our french drains. Project was complete in 2 days, very professional, clean and communicative.
