People have to wait outside in terrible heat standing for hours… then the dmv closes for TWO hours. From 11-1 pm. How cruel can you be? I’m 80… have diabetes.. I stood for 4 hours in sweltering heat.. today my partner has been there for 6 hours and they closed for two more for lunch..what a joke… totally unacceptable …. Our govt is broken… this is the example of failure.
Not sure who answered the phone but today, I have never been treated like this before in my life. She was so rude, could not answer one question and then hung up on me. She has no business working for or with the people. Someone needs to check how these people treat NC residents. It is inexcusable to treat anyone this way! I wish I knew her name but I am still hoping someone can find out who this was and give her a taste of her own medicine.
Don't expect help with whatever issue you are dealing with. These ladies are just plain mean!
