Employees that required CONSTANT SUPERVISION to a very challenging situation immediately after hurricane Helene. They started work ahead of schedule, at the quoted price, but DID NOT FULLFILL MOST of the specific line items on the STATED CONTRACT. Was called an absolute terrible name by the owner’s son because I asked him to not block our driveway. Then they got very aggressive and tried to start a fight which we were not looking for or even be confrontational. They tasked absolute crap about our neighbors while we were in earshot because we live in west Asheville and they had an obvious judgment about and prejudice for.
Dirt Worx tackled a complex, difficult project that involved re-establishing a farm road lost to debris slide during Helene. Bryce was effective, professional, timely, and careful. The resulting stretch of repaired road is now the nicest road I own, and work areas, including a nearby site from which they removed material to use in the project, were carefully graded, cleaned up, seeded, and covered. We're very pleased with Dirt Worx's performance and highly recommend them.
